Isah demanded the release of details of Niger Delta oil surveillance contact within the Trans Niger Oil pipeline (TNP) and Assa Oguta Trunkline/Rumuekpe Oil pipeline in Rivers State.
He added that the body will no longer tolerate defiance of the rights of their people in this wise.
“We will no longer keep quiet while our rights and privileges are being taken away”, Obiri said, adding that the group will stand for their total right to what belongs to the upland community.
He claimed that Rumuekpe produces 700,000 barrels of crude, adding that Upland communities deserve a fair deal as far as the Surveillance contract was concerned.
He said the scope of the contract never cut across the jurisdiction of some of those benefitting from it, but within the upland communities, especially Rumuekpe in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State.
