PH ringroad: Julius Berger begins accessment of marked buildings

The assessment of buildings marked for demolition for the construction of the Port Harcourt Ring Road will start this morning. 

A Rivers State government notice sent to affected building owners listed the areas to be affected in segment three of the road project to include, Mgbuodohia, Aka Road, Saint Johns Junction, Rumuolumeni, and Ogbogoro roundabout. 

Some business and property owners in these affected areas say they are pained that part of their property has been marked for demolition.

Recall that the immediate past Governor of Rivers State Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike flag-off the ringroad construction on july 10th,2023 at popular UTC junction in Port Harcourt the state capital.
