Rivers State Police Command says it has arrested one person in connection with the killing of two youths at an oil facility in Bodo Community, Gokana Local Government Area.
This was made known by the Commissioner of Police CP Nwonyi Emeka during the weekly press briefing at the Command headquarters in Port Harcourt today.
According to the commissioner, investigation is ongoing with a view to arrest other fleeing suspects.
Recall, that Legborsi Yamaagbana, a youth leader in Ogoniland called for an investigation into the killing of the youths at an oil facility in Bodo community, he said the victims were guarding the oil facility that caused the reported oil spill, last week when gunmen raided the spill scene and killed them.
