NYSC Rivers State Coordinator and Team Lead, gorgeous George Mfongang has commended the Orientation Broadcasting Service (OBS) members of 2023 Batch B Stream 1 for making remarkable impacts in the lives of members of the camp community through the airing of quality educative, informative and entertaining programmes.
He gave the commendation when some Corps Members of the OBS crew presented him a brand new 4KVA generator and a laptop donated to the Scheme for the use of OBS studio.
Mr. Mfongang, speaking after receiving the items described the Corps Members gesture as "laudable and in the spirit of the NYSC Scheme which encourages selflessness, charity and leaving indelible footprints in the sand of time by leaving an environment better than it is met".
He called on Corps Members, especially those with capacity not to shy away from impacting the Scheme positively to overcome its operational challenges.
He prayed God to bless the Corps Members, prosper them and replenish the source from which they gave to the Scheme.
